Apple’s iPhone repair company, One Rep Max, has launched a service for the iPhone that it says is a perfect match for those who have trouble repairing their iPad.
According to One Rep, its repair service for Apple devices, which include the iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iPod Touch, and iPhone X, “provides an iPad repair service tailored for those users who are not tech savvy.”
The service, which has been available since last year, can help you repair and return an iPad or MacBook that has been damaged by accidental drop or drop damage, the company said in a blog post today.
Apple has long relied on its own repair team, with AppleInsider reporting that the company has “a long history of being able to repair damaged devices and make them whole.”
“As a company that strives to make the best possible products and services available to our customers, we offer a great value to the Apple community and we’re excited to be bringing the One Rep app to Apple customers,” the company wrote in a statement.
In addition to its repair services, One ReMax can also help repair and replace accessories like chargers and earphones.
While the app offers limited repair support, it can be used to order repair parts online.
The One Rep service will only be available in the U.S., where customers can use the app to order repairs, One Reps said.
You can order a replacement iPhone from the app by visiting the app’s Home page, choosing your device from the “Restore to Factory” dropdown menu, and entering the Apple ID and password.
If you have an iPhone and don’t have a repair plan, the app will help you fill out a repair order form to get your iPhone back in working order.
Users can also add their own repair requests to the app, and the app can help them locate repair parts, such as the iPad Air, iPhone 8, and iPad Pro, to replace them.
For those who can’t find the parts they need online, the Apple Store can provide repair services for an iPhone in need.
One Rep has more than 5,000 repair plans available to iPhone owners, including iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus models, iPhone X models, iPad Air models, and iPads that are no longer manufactured by Apple.
This isn’t the first time Apple has made an app to help iPhone owners repair their devices.
According the company’s site, AppleCare+ provides a one-stop solution for iPhone repairs that can be accessed via One Rep’s app.
It also allows users to make repairs using the app or through Apple Pay and can help restore your iPhone to its factory default settings.
