Apple has been under fire for months, with several complaints about its repair status, especially the iPhone X. While the company has denied that there’s anything wrong with the iPhone 8 or 9, a number of customers have complained that the phones are completely unusable.
Apple also has had some issues with its software on the devices.
In September, Apple reported that more than 2 million iPhones had been sold in the first half of 2018.
Apple CEO Tim Cook also said that Apple’s “most valuable customer” would soon be “reluctant” to purchase the iPhone 9, as well as the upcoming iPad Pro.
It’s not clear how many customers have actually purchased the devices, but the company is still on track to sell nearly 100 million of them by the end of 2021.
